What you’ll do
- Learn the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from senior consultants actively billing on the desk beside you.
- Build a specialist candidate network in your chosen vertical through phone outreach, LinkedIn, referrals and community events.
- Partner with clients — hiring managers, TA leads, founders — on live vacancies, shortlists and interview processes.
- Own your pipeline: manage your own candidates through offer, close, and onboarding.
- Learn to run business development calls, book meetings, and win new clients as you progress into a full 360 role.
Sectors you can join
Trinnovo Group covers three high-growth specialist sectors through three separate delivery brands. The Academy feeds all three, and you’ll pick your sector during onboarding based on fit, appetite and current headcount plans.

Who we look for
- Right to work in the UK, or eligible for UK work through your own status. This is a trainee role — we do not sponsor visas.
- Able to work five days a week from our London (Old Street) office.
- Evidence of hard work, competitive drive, or resilience — sport, fundraising, sales, target-carrying jobs, or anything that shows you push under pressure.
- Genuine appetite for a commission-led sales career. This is not a stable, salaried desk job — the ceiling is high and the reward tracks your effort.
- Curious, coachable, and up for a phone-heavy day.
